  • Can I cancel my order after it has been placed
    Unfortunately, once your order is placed, it has already begun to be processed and prepared for dispatch, so we are unable to cancel your order for you. However, if you no longer want the item, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please refer to our returns policy for more details. We strive to provide excellent customer service and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Satori Jewellery.
  • Can I make changes to my order after placing it
    We understand that sometimes changes are necessary after placing an order. We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order before dispatch. Please email us within 1 hour of placing your order to ensure we can update an item or postal address. However, please note that this excludes weekends, and we will reply to your emails at the first available opportunity on Monday morning. Please also keep in mind that during peak periods and public holidays, there may be delays in responding to and accommodating changes to orders.   • I placed an order with Satori Jewellery but haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?
    If you have placed an order with Satori Jewellery and have not received a confirmation email, it is likely that the email address was entered incorrectly or the email has been directed to your spam folder.   • What is the return policy for Satori Jewellery?
    At Satori Jewellery, we want to ensure that you have an amazing shopping experience with us. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return period for our orders. Full priced items returned within this period are welcome to be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
